Semiannual Activity Report

All students regularly enrolled in the PPGCC must complete, at the end of each academic semester (in the period of renewal registration), the activity report, provided for in the Internal Regulations of the PPGCC. 

The report used by the program is a Google forms that can be found in the PPGCC forms area on the site. Don't forget to fill it in! Even if you have to delay the submission due to any reasons, such as pending release notes by professor. 

The propgweb activity report should be disregarded. For further clarification, consult the Rules and Complementary Rules of the PPGCC Title IV articles 24 to 27.
